We’re committed to getting your flatpack furniture to you safely, quickly, and affordably. Here’s how shipping works for Assembli orders.

Shipping Methods

Standard Courier Delivery (Nationwide)

  • We select a reliable courier to ensure the most efficient, cost-effective delivery for your order.
  • At checkout, the Standard Shipping option reflects the best available rate for your location and order size.
  • Services may include: door-to-door standard delivery, overnight delivery (where available), and locker-to-locker options.
  • Dispatch for in-stock items: typically 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframe: generally 1–5 working days, depending on your area and service used.
  • Oversize/overweight parcels or multi-box furniture may incur additional courier costs—we’ll contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Collection from Our Warehouse (By Appointment)

  • Prefer to collect? You’re welcome to collect by appointment once your order is ready.
  • Same-day collection is usually possible after we confirm readiness.
  • Please bring your order number and name for verification.

Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive updates.
  • After the parcel is collected by the courier, delivery follow-ups should be directed to the courier via your tracking link.

Special Requests

If you need delayed dispatch, fragile handling, or to combine multiple orders, contact us before dispatch and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and all internal/external packaging.
  • We’ll assess and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Late claims may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at your expense.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. Remote/outlying areas may take longer than major centres.
  • Public holidays, extreme weather, or courier backlogs can affect timeframes.

Dispatch & Lead Times

  • In-stock items: typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order/back-order items (if applicable): estimated lead times are shown on the product page; dispatch occurs once stock is ready.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size/weight, and available courier services.
  • Oversize/overweight items or special delivery requirements may attract additional charges—we’ll confirm before dispatch.
