Do you sell to businesses?

Yes — we supply retailers, developers, offices, hospitality and project firms with trade pricing.

Are your products locally manufactured?

Yes. All Assembli flatpack furniture is manufactured locally in South Africa for fast lead times and reliable quality.

How do I open a trade account?

Create an account on our site, then email your business details (company name, VAT/reg, delivery address). Reach out and we’ll approve trade pricing once details are verified.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes — typically 30 units per SKU for bulk orders.

Where can I purchase smaller quantities?

For single or small-batch buys, shop our retail partners: Decorum & Co (availability may vary by SKU).

Do you offer tiered pricing?

Yes — pricing improves at approximately 50 / 100 / 250+ units per SKU. Mixed-SKU orders may qualify for blended tiers.

What are your lead times?

In-stock SKUs: 2–5 business days. Bulk runs & large projects: typically 2–4 weeks from deposit.

Can you customise products?

We don’t offer bespoke sizes/finishes. However, because everything is flatpack, end-users can easily change simple items like handles or fittings after purchase.

Can I collect my order?

Yes — collections are available by appointment from our warehouse. Bring your order number for release.

How are items packed for delivery?

Everything ships in protective flatpack cartons; bulk orders are palletised with corner protection and handling labels.

What payment methods do you accept?

EFT/bank transfer for trade orders. Cards are accepted for samples or small orders.

Do you offer payment terms?

Trade orders are pro-forma initially. On approval we can extend terms for repeat business.

What is your warranty policy?

30-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Do you provide assembly support?

Yes — every item includes a printed manual and a QR link to step-by-step video guides.

Can you supply spare parts?

Yes — fasteners, panels and hardware packs are stocked. Please provide your order number/SKU.
